At Eman Jee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following terms and conditions:
Conditions for Exchange:

Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.

Once your request is approved, you will be required to send the item back to our address.

Courier/shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:

We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed as per our policy.
